Welcome to SAC Bot ("the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Discord bot and related services. By adding SAC Bot to your Discord server or using any of our features, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"SAC Bot" refers to the Discord security bot and its associated services, including SAC Stats Bot. "User" refers to any individual or entity that adds SAC Bot to their Discord server or uses our services. "Server" refers to the Discord server where SAC Bot is installed.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use SAC Bot. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. By using SAC Bot, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SAC Bot, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are owned by SAC Bot developers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on SAC Bot without explicit written permission. The SAC Bot name, logo, and branding are exclusive property of SAC Bot developers.

4. User Account and Server Policy

As a server owner adding SAC Bot, you are responsible for:

• Granting appropriate permissions for SAC Bot to function correctly
• Maintaining the security of your Discord server and bot configuration
• Ensuring your server members comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not using SAC Bot for illegal activities or to violate others' rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate SAC Bot's services on servers that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use SAC Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or compromise SAC Bot's security
• Use SAC Bot to distribute malware, scams, or malicious content
• Interfere with SAC Bot's operation or the service of other users
• Use SAC Bot for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Data Collection and Privacy

SAC Bot collects certain data to provide its services, including server information, user IDs, message content for moderation purposes, and activity logs. For detailed information about our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

By using SAC Bot, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, SAC Bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAC BOT AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SAC BOT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING SAC BOT DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SAC Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our Discord bot announcements or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of SAC Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAC Bot and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SAC Bot or violation of these Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
